ya.....there is no way around it....sometimes you just crave eggs with old chedder and fresh chives....maybe add some roasted potatoes with garlic and parsley....and dare I miss the bruschetta that I just so happened to add as I conjured up the will to bake fresh bread.

This is going to be interesting.....
Wow.....hello.....long time reader first time poster....did I say that right? Who cares! Let's talk about food. I have a great recipe for Challah (egg bread), so I made it tonight....but I used All Purpose flour, instead of Bread flour. Definitely came out different. I infused 'herb de province' spice into the dough and baked it for about 15 minutes....threw on some eggwash, and back in to golden brown....tastes awesome.
